One vehicle accident for Bladensburg Fire Department.

Bladensburg Squad 488 on the scene of a one vehicle accident.

CLAY TOWNSHIP, OH – Bladensburg Fire Department was dispatched to a one vehicle accident on Monday afternoon, March 8, 2010.

The accident occurred on State Route 586 at Baker Road. When crews arrived on the scene, the driver was out of the vehicle, with no injuries.

It appears the driver of a Hyundai Elantra, was north bound on State Route 586 when she lost control of her vehicle. The vehicle left the right side of the roadway and went over an embankment.

Medics assisted the driver who was uninjured.

The other occupant of the vehicle was a Golden Retriever who also sustained no injuries.
